Nigerian Defence Ministers Condemn Gruesome Killing Of District Head, Vow To Bring Perpetrators To Justice

In a strong show of solidarity, the Honourable Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, and the Honourable Minister of State for Defence, Dr. Bello Muhammed Matawalle, have condemned the gruesome killing of the Head of Gatawa District in Sabon Birni Local Government Area of Sokoto State, Alhaji Isa Bawa. Both ministers described the act as "wicked," "heinous," "barbaric," and "abominable," and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice.Minister Badaru called for the immediate arrest and prosecution of those responsible, assuring that the Nigerian military will leave no stone unturned in bringing them to justice.
