Bhutan is taking critical steps to improve childhood cancer care in light of rising concerns about survival rates and timely diagnosis. The recent data from the National Cancer Registry reveals that from 2019 to 2022, 58 cases of childhood cancer were recorded, with a nearly equal gender distribution.
