At last, Ore welcomes first rain of 2025By Kayode Afolabi, Ore The first major rainfall of 2025 have fell in Ore, the headquarters of Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo state. The rain which lasted for hours fell began at 5:30 pm and met with excitement and gratitude by residents, as it put an end of the prolonged dry season that characterises the early months of the year.As raindrops fell, many residents stepped outside to embrace the cool breeze and the earthy scent of rain-soaked ground, welcoming the much-needed relief from the heat and dust brought by the Harmattan season.
