The Federal Government has evacuated 956 Nigerians from Libya in the first three months of this year. The Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Erewa, disclosed this in a statement issued on Monday in Abuja by its Director of Media, Public Relations and Protocols, Abdur-Rahman Balogun. She said 683 women, 132 men, 87 children, and 54 infants were repatriated in six batches in conjunction with the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) and the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Persons (NCRMI) between January and March this year.
