Osimhen Hits Back At Finidi Over Recent Outburst

Victor Osimhen has lashed out former Super Eagles head coach, Finidi George over his recent comment questioning his commitment to the Super Eagles. Osimhen pulled out of Nigeria's squad for the recent 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and Benin due to injury. Finidi maintained that the former Lille striker could still have managed to play the two matches. The Super Eagles held Bafana Bafana to a 1-1 draw at home and lost 2-1 away to the Cheetahs.
