Olu-martins Martins FCIA confessed on behalf of the management that the laboratory director has been able to create an enviable and conducive environment where staff can thrive academically, digitally and grow in their specialization.The scientist turns astute and a renowned administrator, Olu-Martins FCIA specifically thanks the electrical engineering expert for his unwavering support and understanding of the workplace environment.He describes Dr. Ibigbami as a "professional administrator" and as a boss who belief in the potentiality of the young generations and his continuous efforts to groom and empower them have been so appreciative and instrumental in shaping the future of young youths especially those of AAELab Oka-Akoko.The laboratory public relation officer stated that within the short period of time as the director of the laboratory, Dr. Ibigbami had in several occasions organized several initiative and training programs, a gesture that gave members of staff to learn, unlearned, re-learned and develop essential skills in work place.  Olu-Martins reechoes that, Engr.
