NCAA plans emotional intelligence training capacity
The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has said it will put together emotional intelligence capacity training for its personnel in a bid to equip key human interfacing personnel with the skills to manage the public effectively through emotional intelligence. Acting Director General Civil Aviation, Captain Chris Najomo emphasised that the capacity for emotional regulation is crucial for effective teamwork in the aviation industry and said that a good working relationships based on trust and collaboration are fundamental for smooth operations and for the safety of passengers.
