Ahead of the Edo Governorship Election, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Kayode Egbetokun has ordered the deployment of four NPF helicopters to assit in securing the state on Saturday 21st September 2024.Our source at Force Headquarters (FHQ) Abuja disclosed that, the IGP has directed that, three helicopters should be deployed to Edo State to cover the three Senatorial Districts. However, one will be on standby here in Abuja as backup in case of any crisis. The four helicopters were thoroughly serviced early this month, September, and the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has approved certificate of air worthiness to the four helicopters.www.twitter.com/spyetv
