UK tightens measures against Russia with new regulations

On 31 July 2024, the UK government published the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2024, under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018. Laid before Parliament on 30 July 2024 and effective from 31 July 2024, these regulations amend the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
