The Ministry of Communications has now announced the extension of the Rahmah 5G Package offer period for the B40 group until 30 June 2024. Previously, it was introduced last August 2023, in an effort to encourage the public to get 5G devices at a discounted price.During the introduction of the day, the telecommunications company came with a special data plan offer, at least providing 60GB of data at a price of RM60 per month, and also offered with a choice of 5G devices such as the Honor X90 Lite or Samsung Galaxy A14 5G at a price of only RM240.At that time, specifically for the B40 economic group, the first 100,000 buyers could get a subsidy of RM120 for the purchase of a smartphone. This at the same time allows users to get the device that is offered at the price of RM240, at a subsidized price – making the final price to be paid is RM120 for their first 5G phone. Now, the offer has been extended by the government until June 30, 2024.
