Maxis And Huawei Collaborate For 5G-Advanced Innovation Center

Maxis and Huawei today announced a strategic collaboration in the Joint Innovation Center that will focus on the development of 5G-Advanced technology. The two parties are expected to explore a number of things, including in the development of innovation solutions in improving the customer experience, increasing operational efficiency, focusing on use cases in the industry, in addition to developing local talent.Under the terms of this collaboration, Maxis and Huawei will also explore innovation in the gigabit arena to support mobile networks with 5G-Advanced technology, in addition to a number of new technologies, including exploring the use of artificial intelligence in optimizing network operation efficiency.Previously, Maxis had been the first local company to demonstrate 5G-Advanced to the public, and the continued collaboration with Huawei is expected to continue to support Malaysia's digitalization ambitions.
