Seasonic Shows Power Consumption of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000 Series Graphics Cards

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000 series of graphics cards using the "Blackwell" graphics chip is expected to be launched in the last quarter of this year, starting with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 and GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card models. Specific details about this series of graphics cards are not yet known, but Seasonic, a brand that makes power supplies for computers recently seems to show the total power consumption of these graphics cards.Tom's Hardware has done manual calculations with this new update, and in short, it shows an increase in power consumption of all models of graphics cards that will be introduced, from the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 up to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050.What is also interesting about this calculation is that where most of these graphics cards show a TDP increase from 20W to 50W, the graphics card that shows the most increase is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 which shows a TDP increase of 55W when compared to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060.This is not a leak because at the time of writing, Seasonic's power consumption calculator still lists these graphics cards as one of the featured offerings.
