Google Now Allows Gmail Account Name Changes

Gmail has been around since 2004 and many people have taken account names that are similar to the pseudonyms used in MIRC instead of their own names. This happened to me personally and after more than 20 years, this Gmail account name is not compatible for professional use. Many are in this situation and now Google is reportedly going to allow Gmail account names to be changed.The document regarding the ability to change Gmail account names has appeared on the official Google Support page but only in the Hindi version. This may be an early sign that it will be launched in the near future in India only. Users can choose a new name that has not yet been taken by others. Each account is also only allowed to change the account name 3 times.After the account name is changed, emails will be sent to the inbox of the old account and the new account. Data stored in the old account such as photos, messages and emails sent to the old email address will not be affected. Account login to Google services can be done using the old and new account names.With this, you no longer need to open a new Gmail account to use the name you feel is more suitable because you are now an adult. It's also simpler because all subscriptions and services that used the old account name don't need to be registered again using the new account name.
