It's interesting how the claim that Vogtle 3 & 4 started construction in 2013 and hence took 10 years to complete keeps getting repeated. This is the date from which the nuclear reactor concrete was poured, but the site construction started back in 2009 and the site was being cleared as far back as 2007. Check out Google Earth's satellite images over time, to say that it started in 2013 is a complete furphy..
