Japan Expressway Passes / ETC cards

Not sure who will see this or make use of it, but I figured a new thread in this section was due 😅 Expressway tolls in Japan are not exactly cheap and driving for any extended distance can rack up costs fairly quickly. Here's a good page listing prices for "Expressway passes" (or electronic toll cards with a certain amount of credit applied) which are available to tourists who would like to drive themselves to their destinations rather than take public transport.
