Thousands of 'Swifties' packed Wembley Stadium in London on Thursday (8/15), delighted to see Taylor Swift return to the stage after her concert in Vienna, Austria, was canceled. Taylor Swift's 'The Eras Tour' was canceled last week when an ISIS-inspired attack was foiled. Swift's fans, dubbed 'Swifties,' in the British capital were wary of coming to Thursday's concert but were delighted to be there and see the megastar. ''This is my first time seeing Taylor Swift. It feels amazing,'' said Stesty Nadya, a student. Meanwhile, another fan who attended the concert, Salsha Radiandina, admitted that she had found out about the security situation and was happy with the increased security at the concert, “because of that, I feel safe,” she said. Although British police said there was no indication the events in Vienna would impact the show at Wembley, security at the stadium had been stepped up. Tay-gating, the practice of gathering outside Swift shows without tickets, as thousands did in Munich earlier this summer, will not be allowed, as authorities seek to mitigate the more difficult-to-control vulnerabilities outside such venues.
