Trump-loving lawyer ripped by judge for 'truly egregious misconduct' in Dominion suit

A federal judge ripped into an election-denying lawyer who had represented one of Donald Trump's allies in the defamation lawsuit brought by Dominion Voting Systems.U.S. magistrate judge Moxila Upadhyaya prohibited attorney Stefanie Lambert, who had represented former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne in the lawsuit, from being involved in the case due to her “truly egregious misconduct,” saying she had “flagrantly and repeatedly disregarded court orders” by publicly releasing “thousands, if not millions” of internal Dominion documents without legal justification, reported CNN.“Lambert’s actions were intentional and clearly meant to inflict the harm that has resulted,” Upadhyaya wrote. "They have resulted in real harm and threats to Dominion employees."“Lambert’s repeated misconduct raises the serious concern that she became involved in this litigation for the sheer purpose of gaining access to and publicly sharing Dominion’s protected discovery,” Upadhyaya added.
