International student discrimination

SAN ANTONIO — A federal court in Texas allowed an international student’s national-origin discrimination claims to proceed against the University of Texas at San Antonio. His claims for sex and race discrimination are dismissed, but the claims about his national origin are promisingly pleaded, as a professor told him he could not do certain work due to “his position as [an] international student.”
