Ukraine has signed around 30 security guarantee agreements with other countries, some of which are already operational, particularly in terms of providing assistance to Ukraine. This was stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during the government’s Q&A session in the Verkhovna Rada, as reported by a Ukrinform correspondent. "Currently, Ukraine has signed around 30 security guarantee agreements. All of them were signed at the leadership level of our partner countries and carry legal weight. Some of them are already working as we are receiving financial resources, weapons, and security assistance," said Shmyhal. He added that 13 leaders of these partner countries were present in Ukraine on the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion. As Ukrinform reported, on February 26, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a decision to sign an agreement between Ukraine and the United States on establishing the Investment Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine. The agreement will contain six key provisions. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that under the Agreement, the United States supports Ukraine’s efforts to obtain the security guarantees necessary for establishing long-term peace.
