Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Ukraine for the first time since the full-scale invasion of Russia. The specific date of the visit has not yet been announced. Reuters reported this with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India. The foreign policy department of the country promised to publish the details of the visit later. Reuters notes that India has refrained from directly blaming Russia for the war, while urging its neighbors for dialogue and diplomacy.
