CARIBBEAN Airlines (CAL) has said it will operate relief flights for ticketed passengers whose regional flights were cancelled from June 30-July 2. These recovery flights come after CAL cancelled St Vincent and Jamaica flights scheduled for July 3 because of Hurricane Beryl. In a Facebook post on July 3, CAL said the relief flights will start from July 4 as follows: BW 3436: Trinidad – St Vincent - Departing at 8am BW 3437: St Vincent – Trinidad - 10am BW 3236: Barbados – St Vincent - 10.30am BW 3237: St Vincent – Barbados 12pm BW 3552: Trinidad/St Vincent/New York – Departing PoS at 2pm; departing SVG at 4.35 pm BW 3553: New York/St Vincent/Trinidad – Departing JFK at 2.30am, July 5; departing SVG at 8.30am, July 5 Passengers can rebook flights without change fees once they are in the same cabin and through the CAL call centre or ticket office before July 28. CAL said it will not be responsible for transport to or from alternative airports or hotels or overnight expenses.
