Recreation zone

An area between Mudan and Shuangxi stations in New Taipei City that was left empty after the relocation of Taiwan Railways Corp.’s Yilan Line has been planted with bald cypress. The small scenic retreat, featuring raised walking paths to protect the trees’ roots, is scheduled to open at the end of September. (Courtesy of NTC Government)
