A 30-year-old man from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, Mohammad Yasir Faiz, was arrested after crossing the Line of Control into Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir. Faiz, who appears to be mentally challenged, is in police custody for questioning. His repatriation will be determined following the investigation.
