Recently, a UK based news portal reported a heatwave alert at the temperature of mere 26 degree Celsius. This was posted on social media platform X, and the post went viral on the app, with most users making fun of the news portal and UK citizens. In comparison, Indians have a naturally high heat tolerance since the country's summers usually reach temperatures of over 40 degrees Celsius. Indians did not miss the chance to mock them, since India usually has very hot summers. Here some of the tweets that Indian users posted on the app. Here are some of the Responses: 26C is heat wave ?!, We need +40C in India 🇮🇳 to call it heat wave, we still do stuff like it’s nothing .. pic.twitter.com/nJLD8MYDk1 — 𝐊𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐖𝐀𝐒 (@Kunal_Biswas707) June 16, 2024 Yeah, cool and pleasant here in New Delhi though this is at 6:00 pm pic.twitter.com/zjMwFtWGsh — ameet (@ar_ameet) June 17, 2024 Stop whining, turn on the fan. 26 is nothing, tweet when it hits 35.
