Indian players wear black armbands. Here's why

Indian cricketers wore black armbands in their T20 World Cup Super 8 match against Afghanistan at Kensington Oval, Barbados, to honour former fast bowler David Johnson, who died at 52. Johnson, who played two Tests in 1996, tragically fell from his apartment's balcony. He was a key part of Karnataka's 1990s bowling lineup.
