Fresh air and natural surroundings can help you escape from work stress and refresh your mind.   5. Read a Book  Immerse yourself in a good book to escape the stresses of the day. Reading can be a wonderful way to relax and unwind, offering a temporary escape into another world. Whether it’s fiction, non-fiction, or a self-help book, getting lost in a story or gaining new insights can provide a mental break and soothe your mind.
