Women employees in Odisha to get paid menstrual leave

In a recent announcement, Odisha's deputy CM Pravati Parida declared a one-day paid period leave for women employees in both government and private sectors. This leave can be taken on the first or second day of the menstrual cycle. The initiative aligns with similar policies in Bihar and Kerala and is part of CM Mohan Majhi's 100-day work plan.
