Medical aspirants across Maharashtra were thrown into panic on Saturday morning after the CET Cell mistakenly disqualified thousands of students from MBBS admissions due to an incorrect age cutoff. The error, which set the cutoff year as 2006 instead of 2007, caused significant distress among students. The CET Cell corrected the mistake by the afternoon following widespread complaints. This issue has reportedly occurred in previous years as well.
