NC-Congress alliance: Omar says most seats agreed, some still need consensus
National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah announced a pre-poll alliance with Congress for the Jammu and Kashmir assembly polls. NC vice-president Omar Abdullah mentioned that an agreement on the majority of seats was reached, though some were still pending. He confirmed discussions would continue and that candidates' list would be announced soon, with NC already filing nomination papers from Kulgam.
