Lesser-known nuts of India and their benefits

While almonds, cashews, and walnuts are well-known and widely used, several other lesser-known nuts are just as nutritious and beneficial. Among these are chilgoza (pine nuts), chiraunji, and a few others that have been part of Indian kitchens and Ayurvedic practices for centuries.
