Philippines' Marcos condemns China's 'illegal and reckless' actions over disputed reef

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos condemned 'illegal and reckless' actions by China after Chinese aircraft dropped flares near a Filipino military plane patrolling Scarborough Shoal. The incident, which endangered the crew, occurred during a routine Philippine Air Force operation. China claimed it acted lawfully to drive away the aircraft from its claimed territory.
