Tearful Uruguay legend Suarez announces international retirement

Suarez, Uruguay's leading goal scorer, has announced his retirement from international football at the age of 37. Concluding a 17-year career with 69 goals and 142 appearances, Suarez was instrumental in Uruguay's 2010 World Cup run to the semis and the 2011 Copa America victory. His final game will be against Paraguay in the World Cup qualifiers.
