On September 21, U.S. President Joe Biden will hold a summit in Delaware with leaders from Australia, India, and Japan. Analysts suggest that Washington views New Delhi as a key counter to China’s growing influence in Asia. Prime Minister Modi will visit the United States from September 21 to 23. He will participate in the Quad Summit and speak at the 'Summit of the Future' during the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The visit will kick off with the fourth Quad Leaders' Summit, hosted by President Joe Biden in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware. The day after his speech at the Indian community gathering, PM Modi will address the 'Summit of the Future' at the United Nations General Assembly, focusing on 'Multilateral Solutions for a Better Tomorrow.' He will also meet with CEOs of major US companies to promote collaboration in areas like AI, quantum computing, semiconductors, and biotechnology, and engage with thought leaders and other key players in the India-US relationship. PM Modi and Donald Trump last met in February 2020 during Trump's visit to India. Modi called it a "path-breaking" moment for strengthening the relationship between the two countries.
