Justin's lawyer argues against intoxication claim
Speaking to reporters, Burke emphasized, ‘Justin Timberlake was not intoxicated. We are confident that the criminal charge will be dismissed.’ In a statement to CNN, he reiterated, ‘The most important fact is that Justin was not intoxicated and should not have been arrested for DWI. The police made several significant errors in this case.’
