GRA probes shooting incident at Sogakope customs checkpoint

The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has launched an investigation into a shooting incident that occurred at the Sogakope Customs checkpoint on February 19, 2025. According to a statement released by the GRA rsquo;s Communication Public Affairs Department, officers of the Customs Division stationed at the Sogakope checkpoint received intelligence about a suspected uncustomed Mercedes-Benz E350 sedan being smuggled from Togo into Ghana.
