Kudjoe Fianoo reflects on legacy as GHALCA Chairman

Outgoing GHALCA Chairman Kudjoe Fianoo has highlighted key initiatives that define his tenure as he exits the position.Members of the Ghana League Clubs Association gathered at the secretariat to elect John Ansah as the new chairman, marking the end of Fianoo’s leadership."If I look at where I picked the association from till today I will say there has been progress. When I started women's football wasn't part of GHALCA now as I speak to you they are part. We didn't have a proper secretariat; today, our secretariat is not bad." he told Peace FM as monitored by Ghanasoccernet.comHe further noted improvements, including the renovation of their conference room and the introduction of youth tournaments. Beyond the field, GHALCA prioritized training programs for coaches, administrators, and medical teams through partnerships with Betway and the University of Professional Studies.Fianoo concluded by emphasizing the strides made in football administration, including international collaborations that introduced new trends.
