Ghanaian winger Isaac Atanga joins Kalmar FF on two-year deal

Ghanaian winger Isaac Atanga has officially joined Swedish Superettan side Kalmar FF on a two-year deal from Norwegian club Aalesunds FK.The 23-year-old, who started his professional career with Danish side FC Nordsjaelland, is set to bring his speed and attacking flair to the Swedish outfit as they prepare for the 2024/25 football season.Atanga’s move to Kalmar comes after a challenging period in the Norwegian First Division, where he made just five league appearances for Aalesunds this season.Despite the limited game time, Kalmar's sporting director, Peter Swardh, expressed confidence in the player’s potential, highlighting his ability to cause problems for opponents with his pace and creativity on the wings.Speaking about his move, Atanga shared his excitement about the project at Kalmar FF:“The ambitions and goals of the club attracted me here.
