Bournemouth eye Eddie Nketiah as Solanke replacement

Bournemouth are reportedly keen on bringing in Eddie Nketiah as a replacement for Dominic Solanke, who recently completed a move to Tottenham Hotspur.  The Cherries are in the market for a new striker after losing their top scorer and have identified Nketiah as a potential target. The Arsenal forward has also attracted interest from Marseille, but negotiations with the French club have stalled over the transfer fee. With Marseille potentially turning their attention to other targets, Bournemouth could have a clear path to secure Nketiah's services. However, the Gunners are believed to be seeking around €30 million for the striker, either as a permanent deal or a loan with an obligation to buy.The 25-year-old has been in the first-team squad throughout Mikel Arteta’s stint as the Arsenal manager. However, Nketiah has been unable to stamp his authority and become the primary striker for the North London club.Meanwhile, the player has turned out over 150 times thus far for Arsenal while chipping in with 38 goals and seven assists.
