MP urges fans to behave at TNA Stadium inauguration

Member of Parliament for Tarkwa Nsuaem George Mireku Duker has called on fans to maintain good conduct during the inauguration of the TNA Stadium on Friday.The stadium will be officially opened with a friendly match between Medeama SC and Asante Kotoko.Duker, who is a board member of Medeama, expressed confidence in his club's ability to win the match but also urged Kotoko fans not to be disheartened by a potential loss.He emphasised the importance of maintaining a clean and enjoyable atmosphere at the newly built stadium."Kotoko, you know, losing this match, don't be perturbed at all," he said."I'm asking those who will be coming and have the opportunity to enter the stadium for the first time to comport themselves."This is a first of its kind. Keep the environment clean and make sure we enjoy it."The TNA Stadium, with a capacity of 10,400, is a state-of-the-art facility built at a cost of over US$13 million by the Goldfields Foundation.
