He began his professional journey with Sheffield Wednesday and scored over 100 goals throughout his career, notably at Bristol Rovers where he netted 45 goals in 140 appearances.His contributions were crucial in Nottingham Forest’s promotion to the Championship during the 2007/2008 season.Internationally, Agogo earned acclaim with Ghana's Black Stars, scoring 12 goals in 27 matches and leaving a memorable mark in the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations.Despite his struggles post-retirement, including a stroke and speech difficulties, Agogo’s resilience and impact on football remain celebrated.
