Ghana defender Baba Rahman capped off a dominant performance by PAOK Thessaloniki FC with a goal in their 4-0 victory over Shamrock Rovers during the UEFA Europa League final qualification round on Thursday night.PAOK, who had previously secured two wins against Shamrock Rovers, controlled the match from start to finish at Stadio Toumbas.The Greek side took the lead just before halftime, courtesy of an own goal by Daniel Cleary in the 45+5 minute.The second half saw PAOK extend their advantage with Taison scoring in the 48th minute. Shamrock Rovers were further weakened by the dismissal of Joshua Honohan five minutes later. Giannis Konstantelias added a third goal in the 68th minute, with an assist from Taison.Baba Rahman, who played the full 90 minutes, sealed the comprehensive win with a stunning left-footed strike in the 90+4 minute, finding the top corner to make it 4-0. This goal marks Rahman’s second in three games, highlighting his growing influence in the team.PAOK will now shift their focus to their upcoming league match against Panetolikos on August 25 as they continue their strong start to the season.
