Former Black Stars goalkeeper, Fatau Dauda, has shared a valuable piece of financial advice with young footballers.The goalkeeper's trainer revealed that he invested his earnings from the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations into real estate.By purchasing a plot of land, he has seen a significant return on investment, as the property's value has increased sixfold.Dauda emphasised the importance of financial planning for athletes, encouraging them to consider assets like property over luxury items."Life after football is our decision.
