Dr Nyaho Tamakloe commends GFA leadership for upgrades at Ghanaman Center of Excellence
Former Ghana Football Association (GFA) Chairman, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe, has commended the current leadership of the GFA for their efforts in upgrading the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence at Prampram.Dr. Tamakloe, who was present at the inauguration of a new AstroTurf by GFA President Kurt Okraku and officials from betPawa, praised the improvements made at the facility.The AstroTurf is part of a broader initiative aimed at nurturing and developing future football stars for Ghana.Reflecting on the progress made, Dr. Tamakloe acknowledged that during his tenure as GFA Chairman, only one structure was established at the center.“What I see here, I think we were able to put up only one structure at that time," he remarked. "You’ve done very, very well, so I say congratulations to the leadership."The ongoing upgrades at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence include floodlights for the AstroTurf, two state-of-the-art natural grass pitches, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, a Futsal arena, and a 40-bed accommodation facility.These enhancements are expected to significantly boost the development of football talent in the country.
