Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has expressed excitement in Bernard Somuah's move to Spanish side Celta Vigo despite admitting the club will miss him for the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season. Somuah will join the second team of the Celestials, Celta Fortuna, on a season long loan, with the option of making the deal a permanent one at the end of the campaign.The talented winger has been a key member of the Porcupine Warriors since joining the team last season, making 16 appearances and scoring two times in the topflight league.“We are all thrilled for Bernard as he takes this important step in his career. It’s a move that reflects his hard work and potential. While we will miss his contributions, we have confidence in our squad’s depth and will look within to fill the void. Our focus remains on building a strong team capable of competing at the highest level," said Dr Ogum.Meanwhile, the Reds are preparing ahead of the start of the new season as they look to reclaim the title they lost two season ago.
