GOVERNMENT WILLING TO PURCHASE SOME DERELICT PRIVATE PROPERTIES

The Government is cracking down on people who have neglected their properties, particularly those that have become havens for illegal activities. Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne says while penalties will be enforced, but the Government is also willing to purchase derelict properties to clean up neighbourhoods. Jamie J. Roacher reports.
