Members of a union representing Hastings-Quinte Paramedics are set to return to the bargaining table with Hastings County for a new emergency services contract in a couple of months. Paramedic Chief Carl Bowker told County Council at its meeting on Thursday that the plan for CUPE Local 1842 and the County is to come back to discuss the need for better wages and working conditions in the next contract in May.
