Crash closes highway 7 near Peterborough

A very serious crash closed Highway 7 near Peterborough on Friday afternoon. Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and emergency crews responded to the scene of a crash at approximately 2:30pm today (Friday) , on Highway 7 between Keene Road and Burnham Line. Highway 7 was closed in both directions and was expected to remain closed for some time while emergency crews dealt with the collision. Drivers were being asked to please avoid the area and expect delays. Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has surveillance or dash camera footage of the collision...
