Beyond the Headlines - Belleville Council supports mental health

When you think about the health of a community, there are many different areas that need attention. Belleville Council made a key move this week when they (in conjunction with Quinte Heath) signed yet another doctor under the city's Doctor Recruitment Program. This time, it wasn't a family physician or a nurse practitioner, it was Dr. Katherine McArthur, a psychiatrist who will be joining the hard-working mental health team at local hospitals.
