Students and staff at St. Joseph Catholic School in Belleville have a new space to call their own. Members of the school community, representatives from the Algonquin Lakeshore Catholic District School Board and other dignitaries joined together for the school’s grand opening on Tuesday at 405 Bridge St. East. Shovels went in the ground in the spring of 2022 for the K-8 public elementary school before opening at the end of 2024.
