Starboard Communication’s Bill Halman receives King Charles medal for community service

Outstanding individuals who strive to go above and beyond to give back to their community have been honoured recently including a valued team member at Starboard Communications in Belleville. During a ceremony on Saturday in The City of Cornwall, where he resides with his family, Bill Halman, morning co-host of Hits 95.5 FM was awarded a King Charles III Coronation Medal.
